I am an out-of-network provider, meaning that I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill after each visit (once your balance is fully paid), which you can submit to your insurance company.
You may contact your insurance company for details regarding your out-of-network benefits before starting the treatment. The insurance company may ask for the billing codes, which are described below.
* 90792 for the initial psychiatric evaluation/consultation
* 99213 + 90836 for a 45-minute psychotherapy follow-up session
* 99213 + 90833 for a 30-minute medication management follow-up session
